Dynia w soku jabłkowym

Składniki:

    • 3 kg dyni
    • 1 litr soku jabłkowego
    • 1 kg cukru

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Dynię pokroić na ćwiartki, usunąć gniazda nasienne wraz z włókniną, miąższ oddzielić od twardej skóry i pokroić w kostkę. W dużym rondlu umieścić pokrojoną dynię, dodać sok i cukier, doprowadzić do wrzenia, gotować aż dynia zacznie mięknąć. Gorącą dynię wraz z zalewą przełożyć do sterylnych słoi, szczelnie zamknąć. Na drugi dzień pasteryzować przez 10 minut.
Uwaga: sok jabłkowy można zastąpić innym, np pomarańczowym.
