Chutney owocowy z ananasem

Skład:

  • 250 g ananasa w kostkach
  • 2 jabłka
  • 2 gruszki
  • 2 ząbki czosnku
  • 50 g. rodzynków
  • 2 szklanki cukru
  • 3/4 szklanki winnego octu
  • łyżeczka soli
  • szczypta imbiru

 

 

 

Sposób wykonania:

 

Gruszki i jabłka obrać, odrzucić gniazdka nasienne, pokroić w
kostkę, połączyć z ananasem i drobno siekanym czosnkiem. Gotować na małym
ogniu 15 min. Dodać umyte w cieplej wodzie rodzynki, cukier, ocet, imbir i
sol. Gotować nadal na małym ogniu często mieszając 30 min. Gorący chutney
nakładać do wyparzonych słoików, zamknąć i odwrócić do góry dnem. Odstawić w
chłodne miejsce na miesiąc przed użyciem.
