Składniki:

    • 4 kromki razowego pieczywa
    • 4 plastry wędzonego łososia
    • ½ avocado
    • 2 łyżki masła
    • tarty żółty ser
    • sok z cytryny
    • pieprz lub koperek


    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Avocado pokroić na 8 plastrów, skropić sokiem z cytryny. Łososia skropić sokiem z cytryny posypać drobno posiekanym koperkiem lub pieprzem, zwinąć w rulonik. Na patelni rozgrzać masło, opiec na nim pieczywo. Tak przygotowane pieczywo obłożyć łososiem i avocado, posypać wiórkami żółtego sera. Podawać na liściach sałaty. Polecam, pychota.
