Chrupiące jabłka

Składniki:

  • 5 kwaśnych jabłek
  • 1 szklanka cukru
  • ½ szklanki płatków owsianych
  • ½ szklanki mąki
  • ½ kostki masła
  • 1 łyżeczka cynamonu

    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Jabłka umyć, obrać i pokroić plastry. Włożyć do żaroodpornego naczynia. Zmieszać cukier, płatki owsiane, mąkę, masło i cynamon. Tak przygotowane składniki wyłożyć na jabłka i piec w piekarniku nagrzanym do temperatury 200 stopni C około 30 minut. Dobrze smakują ciepłe z lodami.
