Buritos z serem i owocami

Składniki:

  • 1 duże opakowanie sera Philadelphia lub twarogu śmietankowego
  • 6  dużych naleśników lub tortilli
  • ½ kg dojrzałych truskawek
  • 6 dojrzałych nektarynek
  • 2 szklanki jagód
  • cukier puder


Sposób przyrządzenia:

Owoce umyć, osuszyć. Duże truskawki pokroić na połówki lub ćwiartki, oprószyć cukrem pudrem. Nektarynki pokroić na ósemki. Usmażyć naleśniki lub podgrzać gotowe tortillos. Na naleśniku rozsmarować ser, ewentualnie wcześniej wymieszany z cukrem pudrem, na serze rozłożyć owoce, zwinąć i lekko obciążyć talerzem do momentu aż naleśniki wystygną. Podawać na zimno z ewentualnym dodatkiem bitej śmietany.
