Składniki:

  • 35 dkg poszatkowanej białej kapusty
  • 3 łyżki dobrego masła
  • 1 łyżeczka skórki otartej z cytryny
  • 1 łyżka maku
  • sok z cytryny do smaku
  • sól, pieprz

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Kapustę zalać wrzątkiem, doprowadzić di\o wrzenie, odcedzić. Odcedzoną kapustę ponownie zalać wodą, posolić, gotować powoli aż zmięknie, odcedzić. W rondlu rozpuścić masło, dodać kapustę, skórkę cytrynową, mak, przyprawić do smaku solą, pieprzem i sokiem z cytryny. Dusić 5 minut i podawać
