Kurczak drwala

Skład:

  • pierś z kurczaka
  • grzyby leśne
  • natka,
  • cebula,
  • 1/2szklanka śmietany,
  • 1 szklanka piwa,
  • 2 łyżki masła,
  • sól i pieprz,

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Kurczaka umyć, osączyć, pokroić na mniejsze porcje, posolić, posypać pieprzem. Grzyby oczyścić, umyć, pokroić na cienkie plasterki, suszone namoczyć, pokroić w paseczki. Cebulę obrać, pokroić w kostkę, podsmażyć na maśle. Włożyć kawałki kurczaka, przyrumienić, podlać wodą i dusić przez kilkanaście minut pod przykryciem. Dodać pokrojone grzyby, śmietanę i piwo. Doprawić do smaku, dusić przez następne 15 minut, aż kurczak będzie
miękki. Zredukować sos i polać nim kurczaka.
