Zupa cebulowa z imbirem

Składniki:

  • ½ kg cebuli
  • 25 dkg razowego chleba
  • 10 dkg masła
  • gałka muszkatołowa do smaku
  • sól, pieprz do smaku
  • imbir i mielone goździki do smaku
  • 5 dkg masła do chleba razowego
  • 1 ½ litra rosołu z kostki


Sposób przyrządzenia:
Cebule obrać drobniutko posiekać i zeszklić na maśle. Razowy chleb pokroić w kostkę, podsmażyć  na maśle, podlać rosołem, dodać cebulę, rozgotować, przyprawić do smaku solą, pieprzem, szczyptą imbiru i goździków, przetrzeć przez sito. Rozlać do miseczek i podawać z krakersami lub słonymi paluszkami.
