Zupa z muli

Skład:

  • 0,5kg muli
  • 1 szklanka rosołu drobiowego
  • 1 ząbek czosnku
  • 2 cebule
  • 1 szklanka śmietany
  • 1 szklanka białego wytrawnego wina
  • sól, biały pieprz

Sposób wykonania:
cebule i czosnek obrać, drobno pokroić. W rondlu rozpuszczamy łyżkę masła, dodajemy cebulę i czosnek, a gdy się zeszklą wlewamy bulion, białe wino i mule. Gotujemy na wolnym ogniu. Po kilkunastu minutach gotowania i ewentualnym usunięciu nieświeżych muli czyli muszli które się nie otwarły, wlewamy śmietanę i przyprawiamy solą i pieprzem.
