Zupa z fasolki i marchewki

Składniki:

  • 50 dag zielonej fasolki szparagowej
  • 2 marchewki
  • 1 kostka rosołowa
  • 150 ml śmietany
  • sól
  • pieprz
  • maggi

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Fasolkę oraz marchewkę pokroić na mniejsze kawałki i zalać wodą.
    Wrzucić jeszcze kostkę rosołową i gotować na małym ogniu do miękkość i warzyw.
    Po tym czasie całość zmiksować na jednolity krem.
    Wlać 1,5 szkl. wody aby rozcieńczyć trochę zupę.
    Podprawić śmietaną i doprawić do smaku solą, pieprzem oraz maggi.
