Zupa warzywna Renaty

 

Składniki:

  • 1,5 l wywaru mięsnego
  • paczka mrożonki warzywnej
  • pomidor
  • łyżka masła
  • 150 ml śmietany
  • sól
  • pieprz
  • jajko
  • 2 łyżki mąki

 

 

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Mrożonkę gotować w wodzie około 15 minut.
    W między czasie mąkę wymieszać z jajkiem i odrobiną wody aby powstało gęste ciasto z którego dorywamy małe kluseczki i wrzucamy do zupy.
    Gotować kilka minut.
    Natomiast pomidora pokroić na cząstki i obsmażyć go na rozgrzanym maśle po czym wrzucić je do zupy.
    Na sam koniec zabielić śmietaną.
