Składniki:
• 50 g suszonych grzybów
• 2-3 l wody
• sól
Sposób przyrządzenia:
Suszone grzyby przebrać, dokładnie umyć i namoczyć w zimnej wodzie na 3-4 godz. Napęczniałe jeszcze raz umyć, po czym gotować w wodzie, w której się moczyły, przez 1-1,5 godz. ( bez dodawania soli).Ugotowane grzyby wyjąć z wywaru, przemyć ciepłą wodą i pokroić. Poczekać, aż wywar się ustoi, a następnie go przecedzić.
