Wieprzowina leśnych ludzi

Skład:

  • 1kg wieprzowiny (szynka)
  • cebula
  • 2 winne jabłka

Marynata:

  • 1 szklanka wytrawnego wina
  • kilka ziaren jałowca
  • kilka ziaren ziela angielskiego
  • kilkanaście ziaren pieprzu
  • liść laurowy

Sposób wykonania:
Wszystkie składniki marynaty gotujemy przez kilka minut. Mięso obłożone plastrami cebuli zalewamy gorącą zalewą i marynujemy przez pięć dni. Osączone z zalewy mięso kroimy na plastry, na każdy kładziemy plaster obranego jabłka i pieczemy w folii przez około 30 – 40 minut w nagrzanym piekarniku.
