Udka kurczaka pieczone z warzywami

Składniki:

 

  • 4 udka z kurczaka
  • 3 marchewki
  • 10 ząbków czosnku
  • 4 nieduże cebule
  • śmietana kremówka
  • ostry sos chili do smaku
  • sól, pieprz

 

 

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Udka umyć i osuszyć. Kilka łyżek śmietany wymieszać z sosem chili. Udka kurczaka posmarować tą marynatą i odłożyć na minimum 30 minut. Warzywa oczyścić pokroić wzdłużnie. W naczyniu do zapiekania ułożyć udka, obłożyć warzywami zroszonymi oliwą, oprószyć przyprawami.  Piec w piekarniku nagrzanym do temperatury 180 stopni C przez około 50 minut. Podawać na gorąco.
