Tagiatelle z sosem łososiowym

Składniki:

  • 30 dag makaronu tagiatelle
  • 20 dag łososia wędzonego
  • 200 g śmietany
  • sok z ½ cytryny
  • pieprz
  • 5 dag parmezanu
  • łyżka oleju

    Sposób wykonania:

    1. Makaron ugotować według opisu na opakowaniu .
      W między czasie łososia usmażyć na rozgrzanym oleju p  czym wlać do niego śmietanę i trzymać na małym ogniu, aż całość zgęstnieje.
      Doprawić do smaku pieprzem.
      Ugotowany makaron odcedzić po czym ułożyć go na talerzu i polać łososiem ze śmietaną.
      Przed podaniem posypać jeszcze parmezanem.
