Suszone grzyby smażone w cieście-Iwony

Składniki:

  • 15 dużych suszonych grzybów / kapelusze /
  • 3 jajka
  • 3 łyżki mąki
  • sól, pieprz do smaku
  • 15 dkg smalcu

    Sposób przyrządzenia:

    Kapelusze suszonych grzybów umyć  w ciepłej wodzie, namoczyć w zimnej na  godzinę, ugotować w osolonej wodzie do miękkości, odcedzić, osączyć na sicie. Żółtka wymieszać z mąka, białka ubić  na sztywna pianę, dodać  do żółtek, doprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem, wymieszać. Grzyby na widelcu maczać w cieście i smażyć na gorącym tłuszczu  z obydwu stron na złocisty kolor. Podawać gorące zaraz po przyrządzeniu.
