Sorbety herbaciane

 

Skład:

  • 12 truskawek
  • szklanka mocnego naparu rumianku, ochłodzić
  • szklanka soku pomarańczowego
  • 1 ubite białko na sztywno
  • plasterki truskawek
  • otarta skorka z pomarańczy

 

 

 

 

Sposób wykonania:
Sorbety herbaciane bez użycia syropów i alkoholu. Sorbet rumiankowy:6 p.:
Przetrzeć truskawki, połączyć z naparem i sokami. Mrozić, kiedy jest w
konsystencji śniegu z lodem wmieszać białko. Podawać z plasterkami truskawek
i posypany skórką pomarańczy. Dalej postępować jak w przepisie na sorbet cytrynowy.
Zamiast truskawek można użyć malin, a sok pomarańczowy zamienić na ananasowy albo
winogronowy. Zamiast rumianku można wziąć mięte albo inne herbaty owocowe.
