Sałatka z zielonych pomidorów na zimę

 

Skład:

  • zielone pomidory
  • przyprawy

Sposób wykonania:

Wyrośnięte ale zielone pomidory pokroić w poprzek na plasterki pół cm i
przesypać solą, 2dkg na kg pomidorów, wymieszać i zostawić na 3-4 godz.
Potem zlać wytworzony sok, na dno słoików dać przyprawy, po kilka ziaren
pieprzu i ziela angielskiego, listek laurowy, troszkę gorczycy. Na przyprawach ułożyć
ściśle plastry pomidorów i zalać wrzącą zalewa. Octu 10% ma być 1/3 w
stosunku do wody i 5dkg cukru na litr zalewy. Zamknąć i pasteryzować w
temp. 80-85 C 25 min.
