Opis:
Jest to jeden z wielu serów wzorowanych na serze Port du Salut. Kiedyś wyrabiany był wyłącznie w klasztorach, teraz produkują ser prywatne firmy w Bretanii. Saint paulin był pierwszym serem zrobionym około 1930r. z mleka pasteryzowanego. Ser ma cienką, wilgotną skórkę i małe dziurki. Dojrzewanie sera trwa od dwóch do trzech tygodni.
