Schab po żydowsku

Skład:

  • 1kg schabu
  • czosnek
  • sól, pieprz
  • oliwa
  • łyżka smalcu
  • rosół

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Schab umyć i osuszyć, oddzielić od kości. Drobno posiekany czosnek utrzeć z solą, pieprzem i oliwą. Umyty i osuszony schab natrzeć czosnkiem, zawinąć w folię i zostawić na 2-3 godziny w chłodnym miejscu. W rondlu rozgrzać tłuszcz, włożyć schab, obrumienić ze wszystkich stron, skropić wodą i piec ok. 2 godzin pod przykryciem, podlewając od czasu do czasu rosołem.
