    • mleko
    • czosnek
    • cebula
    • kwasne jabłka
    • sól, pieprz
    • majeranek

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Czosdnek obrać, drobno posiekać, wymieszać z pozostałymi przyprawami. Kawałek ok 2 kg schabu bez kości natrzeć powstałą masą, odstawić na noc do lodówki nakryty folią. Piec około 2 godzin co jakiś czas smarując go mlekiem. Po około 1 1/2 godziny dodać obrane i pokrojonr kwaśne jsabłka i cebulę. Powstalą z nich masą natrzeć dokładnie upieczony schab i pozostawić do wystygnięcia.
