Składniki:

  • 2 duże upieczone filety z kurczaka
  • 20 plastrów upieczonego bekonu lub boczku
  • 3 avocado
  • 20 dkg pokruszonego sera feta
  • sok z cytryny
  • liście zielonej sałaty


Sposób przyrządzenia:

Avocado umyć, osuszyć, obrać i pokroić wzdłużnie na ósemki, natychmiast skropić sokiem z cytryny aby nie ciemniały. Upieczony filet z kurczaka pokroić w poprzek włókien na plastry o grubości około 0,5 cm. Na wyłożonym liśćmi sałaty półmisku układać rzędami bekon, avocado i piersi z kurczaka. Całość posypać pokruszonym serem feta i ewentualnie jeśli półmisek nie będzie natychmiast podawany srosić dobrą oliwą.
