Ryż zapiekany z szynką

Składniki:

  • ½ kg ryżu
  • 3 szklanki wody
  • 4 dkg masła
  • 30 dkg szynki drobiowej
  • sól, pieprz

    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Do rondla wlać wodę lekko posolić, wsypać ryż, zagotować i odstawi. Ryż ma być sypki.  Szynkę pokroić w cienkie paseczki, wymieszać z uprażonym ryżem. Przełożyć do żaroodpornego naczynia, posypać piórkami masła i zapiec. Dobrze smakuje z sosem pomidorowym, sezonową surówką, zieloną sałatą lub z zasmażonymi pomidorami.
