Pychotka.pl – Przepisy Kulinarne

Ryba zapiekana z kolendrą

Składniki:

 

  • 150 g masła
  • 1, 5 kg sprawionego labrakasa
  • 4 cebule
  • 4 ząbki czosnku
  • 4 pomidory
  • kilka oliwek
  • 4 gałązki kolendry
  • 4 limonki
  • 10 ml wytrawnego białego wina
  • sól
  • pieprz
  • folia aluminiowa

 

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Rybę ułożyć na kawałku folii wysmarowanej masłem.
    Ułożyć na niej posiekany czosnek, cebulę pokrojona w kazki, pomidory pokrojone  kostkę, kolendrę oraz pokrojone oliwki.
    Całość skropić sokiem z limonki oraz winem.
    Oprószyć jeszcze sola oaz pieprzem i zawinąć folią aluminiową.
    Wstawić do piekarnika rozgrzanego do 220 stopni i zapiekać około 45 minut
