Pstrąg z grilla glazurowany miodem i musztardą

 

Składniki:

  • 2 średniej wielkości tuszki pstrąga
  • 1 cytryna

     

    Glazura:

  • 1 łyżka miodu
  • 1 łyżka musztardy
  • sok z połowy cytryny
  • 2 łyżki oliwy

 

 

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Składniki glazury zmiksować. Umyte i osuszone tuszki ryby dokładnie nasmarować wewnątrz i na zewnątrz glazurą. Cytrynę sparzyć wrzątkiem, pokroić na 8 części, napełnić nimi jamy brzuszne pstrągów. Piec z obydwu stron na dobrze nagrzanym grillu. Podawać z surówkami i białym pieczywem opieczonym na grillu, natartym czosnkiem.
