Pikantna wołowina z marchewką

Składniki:

  • 40 dag polędwicy
  • 2 łyżki sosu sojowego
  • 1 ½ łyżki ketchupu
  • ½ łyżeczki przyprawy chili
  • 3 łyżki oleju
  • 1 kawałek selera
  • ½ łyżki smalcu
  • 2 marchewki

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Mięso pokroić w zapałki, które wymieszać z sosem sojowym, ketchupem, chili, cukrem raz łyżką oleju.
    Całość wymieszać i odstawić.
    W między czasie obraną marchewkę i seler zetrzeć na tarce.
    Następnie mięso obsmażyć na rozgrzanym oleju, wówczas dodać marchewkę, seler oraz smalec. Smażyć 2 min często mieszając.
