Pieczarki smażone z ziołami

Składniki:

  • 500 g pieczarek
  • 5 łyżek oliwy
  • ½ pęczka natki pietruszki
  • po kilka gałązek koperku, majeranku, tymianku
  • 1 łyżka soku z cytryny
  • sól
  • pieprz

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Obrane pieczarki pokroić, mniejsze można pozostawić w całości.
    Następnie smażyć na rozgrzanej oliwie około 10 minut.
    Po tym czasie oprószyć je solą ora pieprzem i dodać posiekane zioła oraz rozgnieciony czosnek.
    Całość wymieszać i smażyć jeszcze  minutę.
