Składniki:

  • 5 jajek ugotowanych na twardo
  • 1 mała cebula
  • 100 g masła
  • łyżeczka soku z cytryny
  • sól
  • biały pieprz
  • szczypta cukru
  • 4-5 łyżek posiekanej rzeżuchy

    Sposób wykonania
    Masło utrzeć na pianę razem z solą, pieprzem, cukrem oraz sokiem z cytryny po czym nie przerywając ucierania dodawać żółtka i cebulę startą na tarce.
    Następnie dodać drobno posiekane białka jajek i rzeżuchę.
    Całość dokładnie wymieszać i schłodzić w lodówce.
