Pasta serowa z pomidorem i kaparami

 

Składniki:

  • 100 g sera rokpol
  • 300 g twarożku
  • 3 łyżki śmietany
  • 2 łyżki kaparów
  • 1-2zabki czosnku
  • łyżka soku z cytryny
  • 2-3 łyżki posiekanego koperku
  • 2 pomidory
  • sól
  • pieprz

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Pomidory sparzyć wrzątkiem po czym obrać je ze skórki i pokroić.
    Następnie ser rokpol zmiksować razem z twarogiem, śmietaną, czosnkiem oraz kaparami.
    Doprawić do smaku solą, pieprzem oraz sokiem z cytryny.
    Następnie dodać pomidory i koperek, wymieszać.
    Przed podaniem schłodzić w lodówce.
