Składniki:

  • 2 winne jabłka
  • 3 łodygi selera naciowego
  • 4 łyżki posiekanych orzechów włoskich
  • 2 łyżki soku z cytryny
  • 1 łyżka miodu
  • szczypta cynamonu
  • 2 łyżki kefiru
  • sól
  • pieprz

    Sposób wykonania:
    Jabłka obrać po czym zetrzeć na tarce i skropić sokiem z cytryny.
    Następnie selery obrać, drobno posiekać, połowę zmiksować z jabłkami, miodem, 2 łyżkami orzechów, cynamonem, kefirem, solą oraz pieprzem a resztę wymieszać z 2 łyżkami posiekanych orzechów. Wymieszać z selerami wymieszanymi z orzechami
