Orzechy w karmelu

Składniki:
• 15 łyżek cukru
• 200g orzechów włoskich

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Podprażyć cukier na patelni, po chwili dodać niewielką ilość wody, mieszać, by cukier się rozpuścił. Podgrzewać na małym ogniu, aż zrobi się karmel. Wrzucić orzechy i mieszać tak, by karmel obkleił każdy kawałek orzecha. Wykładać na talerz polany oliwą.
