Nalewka na bazylii i goździkach

Składniki:

  • 50 ml koniaku
  • 0,75 l białego wytrawnego wina
  • kilka goździków
  • 10 dag liści bazylii

Sposób wykonania:
Opłukaną bazylię przełożyć do słoja.
Dodać do niej goździki i zalać całość winem oraz koniakiem.
Odstawić na dwa tygodnie pamiętając aby przynajmniej raz dziennie poruszać słojem.
Po tym czasie przefiltrować i rozlać do butelek.
Nalewkę można również doprawić do smaku odrobiną soku z cytryny i łyżką miodu.
