Nalewka berberysowa aromatyczna

Składniki:

    • 1 kg berberysu
    • ½ kg cukru
    • 1 l spirytusu 50%
    • 1 laska wanilii
    • plasterek imbiru


    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Owoce zebrane po pierwszych przymrozkach, oczyścić i umyć. Włożyć do słoja, dodać cukier, przyprawy i zalać spirytusem. Macerować w ciepłym, słonecznym  miejscu przez 4 tygodnie, co kilka dni wstrząsając naczyniem. Nalew ze słoja filtrujemy i rozlewamy do czystych butelek. Odstawiamy na okres 6 miesięcy w ciemnym miejscu.
