Skład:

  • 30dkg mąki
  • 1.5 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
  • 45dkg tartych ziemniaków
  • 5dkg tartego ementalera
  • 2 posiekane plasterki słoniny
  • 1 jajo
  • 1 łyżka oliwy
  • 250ml mleka

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Mąkę z proszkiem przesiać. Włożyć do niej ziemniaki, ser i słoninę. Zrobić dołek i wlać: jajo, oliwę i wymieszać z mlekiem. Nakładać do foremek babeczkowych. Piec 10 min w 180 stopniach.
