Makrela z orzechami

Składniki:

  • 4 makrele
  • ½ l mleka
  • 10 dag posiekanych orzechów włoskich
  • 5 dag masła
  • 1 grejpfrut
  • 3 dymki
  • ½ łyżeczki pieprzu
  • sól

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Ryby oprószyć pieprzem i zalać mlekiem po czym ja wstawić do lodówki na 3 godziny.
    Po tym czasie wyjąć je z mleka i ułożyć na kawałkach folii aluminiowej wysmarowanych masłem.
    Następnie skropić je sokiem z grejpfruta, oprószyć solą oraz pieprzem i posypać posiekaną cebulą oraz orzechami.
    Folie zawinąć i piec na rozgrzanym ruszcie około 35 minut.
