Makaron z warzywami

Składniki:

  • 1 sos Italia Boloński
  • 40 dag makaronu wstążki
  • 2 marchwie (ok 20 dag)
  • 10 dag fasoli szparagowej mrożonej
  • 2 łyżki oleju
  • sól


Sposób przyrządzenia:

Makaron ugotować w osolonej wodzie z dodatkiem jednej łyżki oleju. Osączyć, sos boloński przygotować wg przepisu. Oczyszczoną, pokrojoną w paski marchew razem z fasolą podsmażyć na oleju, podlać 1/2 szklanką wody. dusić do miękkości około 15 min.. Połączyć z sosem, makaron rozłożyć na półmisku, polać sosem z warzywami. Można posypać tartym żółtym serem.
