Kwas cytrynowy

Składniki:

  • 6 dag rodzynek
  • 1 dag drożdży
  • 2-3 cytryny
  • 4 l wody

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Wodę doprowadzić do zagotowania z dodatkiem cukru po czym odstawić do ostygnięcia, wówczas dodać drożdże oraz sok z cytryny, dokładnie wymieszać  i przelać do butelek.
    Następnie do każdej butelki włożyć po 3 rodzynki.
    Szczelnie zakręcić i dostawić w chłodne miejsce na 3 dni.
