Krem ze szparagów z migdałami

Składniki:

  • 700 g szparagów
  • 150 g migdałów
  • 1 por
  • 1 litr bulionu
  • 200 ml śmietany
  • 1 łyżka masła
  • sól
  • pieprz
  • płatki migdałów

Sposób wykonania:
Szparagi pokroić na małe kawałki i zalać je bulionem.
Dodać jeszcze pora pokrojonego na plasterki, migdały oraz masło.
Trzymać na małym ogniu około 3 godzin.
Po tym czasie całość zmiksować
Doprawić do smaku solą oraz pieprzem i zaprawić śmietaną.
Ponownie doprowadzić do wrzenia i na koniec posypać płatkami migdałów.
