Kotlet schabowy w pieprzowej panierce

Składniki:

  • kotlety schabowe z kością
  • sól pieprz
  • jajka

Panierka:

  • mąka
  • ok. 50 g suchej bułki,
  • 20-30 g sera parmezan lub grana padano,
  • 10-15 g kolorowego pieprzu,

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Bułkę zmiksować z  pieprzem. Dodać starty ser. Kotlety  rozbić tłuczkiem do mięsa, delikatnie ponacinać brzegi, przyprawić odstawić na około 1 godzinę Jajka roztrzepać widelcem. Każdy kotlet obtoczyć w mącę, rozbitym jajku oraz przygotowanej panierce. Smażyć na złocisty kolor. Dopiec w średnio nagrzanym piekarniku.
