Składniki:

  • śliwki 40 dag
  • cukier 5 łyżek
  • woda 0,75 litra
  • cynamon 1/2 łyżeczki

    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Wodę należy zagotować w garnuszku z cukrem oraz cynamonem. Śliwki należy
    dokładnie umyć, w miarę potrzeby wypestkować. Owoce wrzucić do wrzącej
    wody, następnie zagotować i zestawić z ognia. Odstawić na około 15 minut
    pod przykryciem, żeby kompot nabrał smaku. Można podawać na ciepło i
    zimno.
