Sposób przygotowania:
Pieczarki obrać i podsmażyć na patelni, osobno podsmażyć cebulkę. Dodać do pieczarek. Boczek podsmażyć na skwarki, dodać do pieczarek i cebulki. Wbić jajka. Doprawić solą i pieprzem. Smażyć na wolnym ogniu. Podawać z grzankami lub kanapkami z serem żółtym.
