Hiszpańska zupa z małżami

Składniki:

• 40 dag filetów z ryb morskich
• 40 dag małży w sosie własnym
• 4 pomidory
• 1 cebula
• 1 szklanka śmietany kremówki
• 2 łyżki masła
• 1 łyżka posiekanej melisy
• szczypta szafranu lub kurkumy
• sól, pieprz

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Filety umyć, pokroić w kostkę, zalać 3 szklankami wody, posolić i gotować 15 minut pod przykryciem.
Pomidory sparzyć, obrać, pokroić na ćwiartki i oczyścić z pestek.
Cebulę obrać, posiekać, zeszklić na maśle i przełożyć do garnka. Dodać przecedzony wywar rybny, pomidory, szafran i małże. Gotować 5 minut. Zupę doprawić śmietaną, pieprzem i melisą.
