Składniki:

  • kapelusze grzybów leśnych lub pieczarek

Zaprawa:

  • 1 szklanka oliwy
  • ¼ szklanki octu balsamicznego
  • ¼ szklanki sosu sojowego
  • 4 obrane i zgniecione w prasce ząbki czosnku
  • 1 posiekana drobno cebula dymka


Sposób przyrządzenia:

Składniki zaprawy zmiksować. Grzyby oczyścić, odciąć trzony. Kapelusze moczyć przez kilka sekund w zaprawie, odkładać na sito aby obciekły z jej nadmiaru. Piec około 10 minut na dobrze nagrzanym grillu kilkakrotnie odwracając. Smakują i pachną bosko.
