Składniki:

  • ½ kg dowolnych grzybów
  • 6 jajek
  • sól
  • pieprz

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Grzyby pokroić w duże kawałki po czym podlać je wodą i dusić na małym ogniu do miękkości.
    Gdy grzyby będą miękkie doprawić je do smaku solą oraz pieprzem.
    Następnie zalać je roztrzepanymi jajkami.
    Całość wymieszać i trzymać na małym ogniu do ścięcia jaj.
