Grzanki ze śledziem

Składniki:

    • 6 filetów solonego śledzia
    • 6 kromek chleba pszennego lub 12 bułki francuskiej
    • 4 żółtka z ugotowanych na twardo jajek
    • 1 łyżka musztardy
    • masło


    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Filety śledziowe wymoczyć przez 30 minut w wodzie, a potem w mleku, a gdy nabiorą odpow2iedniego smaku, odsączyć i osuszyć. Żółtka utrzeć z musztardą.  Na patelni rozgrzać masło, obrumienić na nim kromki pieczywa. Każdą kromkę posmarować masą z żółtek i musztardy, położyć na niej filet ze śledzia, zapiec w piekarniku przez 5 minut w temperaturze 180 stopni C.
