Pychotka.pl – Przepisy Kulinarne

Gruszki w winie

Składniki:

  • 4 duże gruszki
  • butelka czerwonego  wina
  • ¾ szklanki cukru
  • 3 łyżki miodu
  • sok z ½ cytryny
  • laska cynamonu
  • laska wanilii
  • pasek skórki pomarańczowej
  • 1 goździk
  • ziarno pieprzu

    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Do garnka wlać wino i sok z cytryny. Dodać cukier, miód i przyprawy. Podgrzewać, aż cukier się rozpuści. Gruszki obrać pozostawiając ogonki, włożyć do garnka z winem i gotować na wolnym ogniu około 30 minut. Wyjąć i przełożyć do miski . Wino gotować dalej, aż połowa odparuje, ostudzić , przecedzić i zalać gruszki. Chłodzić 2-3 godziny. Podawać polane winem , z bitą śmietaną.
