Gruszki w ostrej marynacie

Skład:

  • 1 kg. Gruszek
  • szklanka octu 10%szklanka cukru
  • kawałek cynamonu
  • 5 g gorczycy
  • kilka kawałków obranego chrzanu
  • po 5 ziarnek pieprzu i ziela angielskiego

 

Sposób wykonania:
Ocet zagotować z pół szklanki wody, cukrem i przyprawami. Zdjąć z ognia. Obrane
gruszki przekrojone na pół i bez gniazd wrzucać kolejno do zalewy. Kiedy juz
wszystkie wrzucone – postawić naczynie na małym ogniu i gotować 15 min. m/w,
gruszki powinny być twardawe. Wyjmować gruszki i przekładać do kamiennego lub
szklanego naczynia i zalać ostudzona zalewa z przyprawami. Zamknąć lub
zawiązać.
