Sałatka z gruszek

Skład:

  • 4 duże twardawe gruszki
  • łyżka soku cytrynowego
  • 20 dkg resztek pieczonego lub gotowanego kurczaka albo pieczeni cielęcej,
  • łyżka galaretki porzeczkowej
  • 12 marynowanych śliwek
  • 3 łyżki majonezu
  • łyżeczka musztardy
  • sól, pieprz,
  • cukier

 

Sposób wykonania:
Mięso pokroić w drobna kostkę, śliwki pokroić w paski prócz 8 połówek.
Majonez wymieszać z musztarda, galaretka, mięsem i śliwkami, doprawić sola,
pieprzem i cukrem do smaku, wstawić do lodówki. Obrać gruszki, przekroić na
pół, odjąć gniazda i skropić cytryna. Napełnić połówki gruszek sałatka
kładąc na każdej polówkę śliwki, podawać na liściach sałaty.
