Filet z sandacza z wody podawany z ziemniakami

Składniki:

  • 1 kg filetów z sandacza
  • 10 ziemniaków
  • 5 dkg masła
  • 2 łyżki octu
  • sól, pieprz biały

    Sposób przyrządzenia:

    Rybę umyć, osuszyć, podzielić na porcje. W rondlu doprowadzić do wrzenia 1 litr wody, dodać ocet, sól i pieprz. Do wrzącej wody włożyć porcje ryby, powolutku gotować przez kilka minut. Ugotowaną rybę wyłożyć na półmisek, posypać wiórkami masła, natką pietruszki, udekorować ćwiartkami cytryny. Podawać z ugotowanymi ziemniakami.
