Składniki:

  • wędzony łosoś w plastrach
  • młode, gotowane ziemniaki

Dresing:

  • 10 dkg tartego żółtego sera
  • 1 utarte jabłko
  • 1 – 2 łyżek tartego chrzanu
  • sok i otarta skórka z ½ cytryny
  • 2 łyżki oliwy
  • 1 łyżka posiekanego koperku
  • sól, biały pieprz do smaku


Sposób przyrządzenia:

Składniki dresingu wymieszać, przyprawić do smaku. Duże, młode ziemniaki pokroić w plastry o grubości 1 do 2 cm. Na każdym plastrze ułożyć plaster wędzonego łososia i zwieńczyć łyżką dresingu. Przekąskę tą możemy podawać zarówno na ciepło czyli na gorącym plastrze ziemniaka lub na zimno.
